Service plans are not available to business customers:

  • Residents, where at least one of the participants/shareholders in the ownership/control structure and/or at least one of the beneficial owners is a non-citizen of the Republic of Lithuania OR at least one of the participants/shareholders in the ownership/control structure is a legal entity registered in a country other than Lithuania;
  • Non-residents, credit and payment institutions and electronic money institutions.

The additional fees applicable to OUR payments are specified in the Pricelist of Services and Transactions under NON-SEPA CREDIT TRANSFERS. The monthly fee for the service plan is payable on the last calendar day of each month regardless of whether the customer has used the services included in the service plan. Unused services are not carried over to the next calendar month. Once a calendar month, the customer will have the right to change the business service plan free of charge. Terms and rates of the new business service plan will be applied from the first day of the following month.

The customer must notify the bank in writing 30 calendar days in advance of termination of the service plan. In the event of cancellation of the service plan before the end of a calendar month, the monthly fee for the service plan will be applied for the calendar month regardless of the date of cancellation and will be debited on the last calendar day of the month.

How do I subscribe?

Sign the request form
Read the terms and conditions and file your request to use the service plan.
3.
Start using the service plan
The service plan applies from the first day of the month following the submission of a duly completed and signed request form to the Bank.

Frequently asked questions

A resident legal entity may order a business service plan, except for legal entities where at least one of them is:

  • In the ownership/control structure of the participants/shareholders and (or) at least one of the beneficiaries is a non-Lithuanian citizen;
  • Or at least one of the participants/shareholders in the ownership/control structure is a legal entity registered outside the Republic of Lithuania.
  • The customer must notify the Bank in writing 30 calendar days in advance of the termination of the service plan.
  • If you terminate your service plan before the end of a calendar month, the monthly plan fee will apply for the calendar month regardless of the date of termination. The amount is written-off on the last calendar day of the month.
  • The Bank has the right to terminate the application of the service plan by sending a notice to the customer if the customer does not comply with the Rules for Provision of Payment Services and the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Business Service Plan and the bank ceases to apply the Service Plan or the service included in it.

You can change your service plan by logging in to your internet bank. Once the digital application form is filled, your plan will be changed from the first day of the following month.

  • The fee is paid on the last calendar day of each month, irrespective of whether the customer has used the services included in the service plan;
  • Unused services are not transferred to the next calendar month.
