1The monthly fee for the service plan “Minimalus” (basic payment account) for customers who have been granted social assistance for low-income individuals under the Law on Cash Social Assistance for Low-Income Families and Single Residents of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”) – EUR 0.50/month. Once the customer is no longer considered a person who has been granted cash social assistance for low-income individuals under the Law, the fee will be EUR 1/month.
2The service plan “Sumanus” (Active) with a discount (EUR 0/month) is available to customers who receive monthly receipts of more than EUR 500 to their account with the Bank and make at least 5 payments with their VISA debit card. If the customer has not received any receipts to the account or has not made payments by card for three consecutive months, the Bank will unilaterally apply to him/her the service plan “Sumanus” without a discount (EUR 5/month) starting from the following month.
3The minimum fee for basic banking services does not apply for a single bank account. Non-resident customers who subscribe to the service plan are additionally charged a minimum basic banking fee for non-residents. Non-resident customers are all natural persons, except those considered resident. A resident is a natural person legally residing in the Republic of Lithuania or in another Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area, i.e., a person who, according to the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania or of the other specified State, has the right to reside in that country.
4Interest is linked to the overnight EURIBOR rate and is calculated each day on the account balance at the end of the day according to the formula: overnight EURIBOR minus 2. The interest amount is credited to your bank account no later than the following day.
A service plan is a bundle of services for a customer (natural person) offered for a fixed monthly fee.
The service plan is valid indefinitely until you terminate the subscription. However, the bank has the right to terminate the service plan subscription by sending a notice to the customer in cases where:
- The customer does not comply with the terms and conditions of the payment services.
- The bank no longer offers the service plan or any service included in it.
- The customer must notify the bank in writing 30 calendar days in advance of termination of the service plan.
- You can change your service plan free of charge once per calendar month.
- If you terminate or change your service plan before the end of a calendar month, the monthly fee for the plan will be applied in proportion to the number of calendar days the plan was active. The fee is debited by the 10th of the following month.
Yes, but when a non-resident natural person subscribes to the service plan, a minimum fee for basic banking services is charged in addition to the plan fee.
