How do I collect the money?

  • Visit your nearest bank branch and present a valid ID;
  • When you come to Urbo Bankas for money transfer processing, you will be asked to sign the consent to the processing of personal data and provide the MoneyGram or Ria reference number for your transfer;
  • The bank reserves the right to request other supporting documents for the money transfer.

Withdraw your money within the following deadline:

  • For MoneyGram transfers, within 90 calendar days after the transfer was made;
  • For Ria transfers, within 21 calendar days after the transfer was made;
  • If the funds are not collected by the recipient in time, they can only be returned to the sender.

How do I transfer money?

Fill in the request form to make a MoneyGram or Ria money transfer, specifying the recipient’s details, the currency and the amount to be sent in EUR.

Receive a reference number
Once you have made a money transfer and paid the amount of the transfer and commission in EUR, you will receive a unique transaction confirmation number.
