Dear customer,

please be informed that from 29 July 2022 for business customers and from 29 August 2022 for private customers, a funds administration fee will be charged when a customer fails to transfer funds to an account held with other bank at the end of a business relationship. The fee will be calculated at the end of each calendar day by multiplying the sum of all the customer’s account balances by the specified value and debited on the following calendar day for the preceding day

1%/360 days (min. EUR 3.00) for business customers
1%/360 days, (min. EUR 0.30) for private customers
Please note that this fee will only apply to customers who receive notification from the bank of the decision to terminate the business relationship with the customer.
