We would like to inform you that the exclusive conditions of Medicinos bankas and RIA Financial established from March 8 have been extended until April 30 of this year, all natural persons making RIA money transfers to Ukraine are not subject to the transfer fee.

Updated info on RIA remittance services in Ukraine:

The service in the regions of Donetsk and Luhansk has been suspended;
The Sending Service from Ukraine abroad has been suspended as of February 24, 2022;
Payout: all banks are opened and have sufficient cash in the areas where there are no threats to human life. In some branches, banks might be lack of EUR and USD, in this case if customer accept, will be paid in local currency (UAH) equivalent;
Any cash pick up transaction can be pick up though alternative channels. Approx. 60% of Ria transactions are paid via these channels:
Universalbank | Monobank mobile app –Ukrainian Neobank with almost 5.5 mln users;
Oschad 24/7 mobile app – mobile app of State Savings Bank of Ukraine (2nd biggest gov bank);
ABank24 mobile app – mobile app of A-Bank, our sub-correspondent;
Privatbank Mobile App;
Privat24 Web-banking;
Also, customers may collect the cash at PrivatBank ATMs (+7000) and payment kiosks (12000).
As per National Bank of Ukraine communication (relevant only for those customers who used the option of receiving funds from Ria through banks applications Universal bank | Monobank mobile app, Oschad 24/7 mobile app, ABank24 mobile app, Privatbank, Mobile and Web App): If there is no possibility to withdraw money in cash at banks branches or there are no bank branches nearby, customers can withdraw money in cash (in UAH only) using their banking cards also in the following locations:

Chain of supermarkets, shops: ATB, Silpo, Fora, FOZZY, VARUS, NOVUS (up to UAH 500), ROSHEN (up to UAH 500), LotOK, Thrash! (Trash), Point, Sim23 (up to UAH 2,000);
Gas station:Gas station: OKKO, Ukrnafta (up to UAH 5,000), BRSM-Nafta, WOG (up to UAH 500);
Pharmacies: White Chamomile, Good Day Pharmacy, Low Price Pharmacy, Kopeyka Pharmacy, Pharmacy9-1-1, Wholesale Price Pharmacy;
Other network merchants: EVA store line (up to UAH 2,000).
