Security tips

For contactless payments up to the limit set in that country, no PIN is required (in Lithuania, the limit is EUR 50).
Once you’ve ordered your card, you will be able to start using it for online payments within 1 hour of ordering. For the card number, expiry date and CVC, please log in to your Urbo online bank or mobile app.
The first time you use a plastic card, you will always be asked to insert it into the card reader and enter your PIN, regardless of the amount.
You can view your PIN in the Urbo online bank or mobile app. Never transmit, write down or otherwise store your PIN in an unsecured location. If you suspect that your PIN has been compromised, block the card immediately.
Your card has daily and monthly transaction limits. You can easily change them in the Internet Bank or in the mobile app.
You can disable or enable contactless payments and online payments in the Internet Bank or mobile app. If you do not use these features, it is recommended that you disable them.
To pay online, you will need to confirm your payment in two steps: your online bank login code and a one-time password that you will receive via SMS.
You can find the CVC on the back of the payment card or in your online bank. It is required for online payments.

You can order the card online – we’ll deliver it to your company’s contact address or you can pick it up at the nearest bank branch.

Once you’ve ordered your card, you will be able to start using it for online payments within 1 hour of ordering. To pay using a plastic card, you are always asked to insert it into the card reader and enter the PIN, which will only be visible in your Urbo online bank or mobile app.

You can pay at any physical or online store worldwide where the VISA logo is displayed.

If your payment card is not accepted, first try to determine the reason why it is not being processed at the merchant’s or ATM location (by asking the merchant to explain the reason or to provide a receipt showing the reason code). Then, please contact Urbo Bank via Internet Banking, by calling 19300, by email at info@urbo.lt, or by visiting any Urbo Bank branch.
