Since Easter is a festive period in most SEPA countries from 29 March 2024 to 1 April 2024, we kindly ask you to make your currently scheduled interbank payments as early as possible before the festive period.
When you send a EUR payment via the internet bank, it is automatically offered to be processed as “In the manner prescribed by the Bank”. This means that whenever possible Urbo bankas executes them as SEPA Instant, and Instant payments are not affected by the Holidays.
Payment execution at the Urbo bankas during the festive period:
SEPA instant payments will be executed as usual 24/7, even on Holidays (if the payments are not stopped due to AML check);
Payments within the bank, when the payer's and beneficiary's accounts are in the Urbo bankas, will be settled on the same day;
MoneyGram and RIA money transfer services will be available during working hours of Customer service units. You can find working hours of all Urbo bankas Customer service units here;
EUR payments to other banks submitted between 28 March 2024 4:00 PM – 1 April 2024 will be processed (sent to beneficiary bank) on the next business day – 2 April 2024;
USD payments to other banks submitted between 29 March 2024 12:00 PM – 1 April 2024 will be processed (sent to beneficiary bank) on the next business day – 2 April 2024;
Other interbank payments on March 29 will be sent like payments received the next business day – 2 April 2024.
