Changes to the Price List for Services and Transactions

Dear Customers,
Please be informed that changes will be introduced to the Price List for Services and Transactions for private and business customers as of 23 April 2025. To support the initiative to stop the production of 1 and 2 euro cent coins in Lithuania, which would reduce the release of metals (copper and steel), by-products of production and administration (CO2, plastics) and the coins themselves into the environment, and to make the cash cycle more sustainable, Urbo has decided to apply a more customer-friendly rounding option, i.e., always rounding down to the nearest integer:
- commission amounts ending in 1, 2, 3, 4 cents are rounded down to 0;
- commission amounts ending in 6, 7, 8, 9 cents are rounded down to 5.
Customers will also be able to open an account in Japanese Yen (JPY) from 23 April 2025, while payment and electronic money institutions will be offered a possibility to open a bank account for the safekeeping of client funds.
Based on our customers’ experience, as of 10 June this year, the AUD currency will no longer be available for the bank accounts, and cash transactions to/from the bank accounts will be made in EUR, CAD, CHF, GBP, USD currencies.
Information on the changes is available on the Bank’s website at www.urbo.lt (Information, Price List for Services and Transactions).
