18-21 April 2025 are holidays in most SEPA countries. Kindly please send your interbank payments as early as possible before the holidays.

EUR payments in the internet bank are automatically prepared “In the manner prescribed by the Bank”, so when possible Urbo Bankas executes them as SEPA Instant, and Instant payments are not affected by the Holidays.

Payment execution at the Urbo bankas during the festive period:

• SEPA instant payments will be executed as usual 24/7, even on Holidays (if the payments are not stopped due to AML check);
• Payments within the bank, when the payer's and beneficiary's accounts are in the Urbo Bankas, will be settled on the same day;
• The working hours of Customer service departments during the festive period will be indicated in the relevant departments. MoneyGram and RIA money transfer services will be available during working hours of Customer service units (you can find working hours of all Urbo Bankas Customer service units here);
• EUR payments to other banks submitted between 17 April 2025 16:00 – 21 April 2025 will be processed (sent to beneficiary bank) on the next business day – 22 April 2025;
• USD payments to other banks submitted between 18 April 2025 12:00 – 21 April 2025 will be processed (sent to beneficiary bank) on the next business day – 22 April 2025;
• Other interbank payments on April 18 will be sent like payments received the next business day – 22 April 2025.
