Changes to the Price List for Services and Transactions as of 1 January 2026 Following Amendments to the Value Added Tax (VAT) Law

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that, due to the amendments to the Value Added Tax (VAT) Law coming into effect on 1 January 2026, VAT will be applied to services that are not directly related to financial services.

The majority of service fees will remain unchanged. VAT will not be applied to loans, fund transfers, bank accounts and service plans, deposits, guarantees, and similar financial services.

VAT will apply to technical and administrative services, including:

• Card issuance fee at a Bank branch;
• Urgent card delivery in Lithuania and abroad;
• Provision of account statements via Internet Bank for periods older than 3 years;
• Preparation of account statements for a specified period;
• Sending of account statements or other documents by post;
• Preparation, issuance, or retrieval of various certificates from the archive;
• Confirmation of client details;
• Issuance of documents and their copies;
• Copying service;
• One-time registration fee for the “BANK LINK” service;
• Authentication service;
• Exchange of euro coins and cents into banknotes and/or coins of other denominations, and exchange of banknotes into coins;
• Exchange of banknotes into banknotes of other denominations (in any currency);
• Verification of banknotes;
• Fee for granting permission for sublease or lending of premises.

No additional action is required from you regarding these changes.
