Payment services at Urbo bankas during the holidays

Dear Customers,

3 April – 6 April 2026 are holidays in most SEPA countries. Kindly please send your interbank payments as early as possible before the holidays. Payment execution at Urbo bankas during the festive period:

• SEPA instant payments will be executed as usual 24/7, even on Holidays (if the payments are not stopped due to AML check).
• Payments within the bank, when the payer's and beneficiary's accounts are in the Urbo bankas, will be settled on the same day.
• The working hours of Customer service departments during the festive period will be indicated in the relevant departments. MoneyGram and RIA money transfer services will be available during working hours of Customer service units. You can find working hours of all Urbo bankas Customer service units here.
• EUR payments to other banks submitted between 2 April 2026 16:00 – 6 Apr 2026 will be processed (sent to beneficiary bank) on the next business day – 7 Apr 2026.
• USD payments to other banks submitted between 3 April 2026 12:00 – 6 Apr 2026 will be processed (sent to beneficiary bank) on the next business day – 7 Apr 2026.
• Other interbank payments on April 3 will be sent like payments received the next business day (April 7).
