Frequently asked questions

Urbo Bank offers the following consumer loans:

• Consumer loan;
• Home improvement loan;
• Car loan.

Loans for consumption, home improvement or cars are available at Urbo Bank to:

• Citizens of the Republic of Lithuania aged 21 and over with a stable income (at least 6 months);
• Individuals whose monthly financial obligations do not exceed 40% of their fixed income.

The loan will be credited to your bank account on the next working day at the latest.

Consumer and car loans have a maximum repayment term of up to 7 years, while home improvement loans have a maximum term of up to 10 years. The loan is repaid in monthly instalments.

If you have a bank account with Urbo Bank, make sure that your bank account has a sufficient balance to cover the payment on the due date.

If you do not have a bank account with Urbo Bank, you can make a payment transfer from your bank account to the loan servicing account, the number of which can be found in the special section of the credit agreement or by logging in to your Urbo Bank online banking personal account.

A loan amount up to EUR 15,000 can be paid in cash.

• If the loan is for personal use (only the borrower applies), the maximum amount available is EUR 20,000.
• If the loan is for co-applicants (family) use ( the borrower and the co-applicants apply), maximum amount available is EUR 30,000.

If you are unable to pay your loan instalments on time, please contact the Bank immediately to discuss possible solutions.

Yes, you can repay the loan at any time. There is no additional fee for early repayment.

Yes, you may still be eligible for a consumer loan, home improvement loan or car loan, even if you have other financial obligations, after the Bank has verified and assessed your income and the size of your existing liabilities.
